Athena landing page: the headline "Every search signal for your sites, on one screen." above the Organic Search dashboard

SEO analytics for the sites you run

Overview

An SEO dashboard for the people who run websites.

Athena brings Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools and AI assistant traffic into one workspace per site. On top of the numbers sit the things you do with them: target keywords, a writing board, site audits and a monthly report.

It's in private beta at athenaco.site. People join a waitlist, get invited a few at a time, and sign in with Google to create their own workspaces.

Problem

The numbers that matter live in different tools.

Clicks and rankings are in Search Console. Sessions are in Analytics. Bing has its own console, and visits from ChatGPT or Perplexity are easy to miss altogether. Checking how a site is doing means opening several tabs and lining up date ranges by hand.

Even then, the data rarely says what to do next: which page to fix, which keyword is close to page one, or which post to write.

Solution

One workspace per site, from the first impression to the monthly report.

Every site gets a workspace that compares each number with the period before. Search, AI traffic and keyword targets sit side by side, so a morning check takes one screen instead of five tabs.

Product tour

Five pages, one routine.

The product is built around the places a site owner spends their time. Each page answers one question and points to the next step.

Organic Search page: performance chart against the previous period and a top queries table
Organic search: clicks, impressions, CTR and position from Search Console, against the period before.
AI Search page: 1,206 AI visits, sessions by assistant and a citation tracker
AI search: visits from AI assistants, Bing's AI citations, and the prompts you check by hand.
Keywords page listing target keywords with their ranking page and position change
Keywords: the keywords you want to rank for, the page that ranks, and how far it moved.
Writing board with posts in Research, Writing, Review and Published columns
Writing board: every post from idea to published, tied to the keyword it targets.
Audits page: site health score of 86 and a prioritized list of fixes
Audits: one button runs an audit. Fixes are sorted by what to do first.

From data to work

Numbers that turn into a to-do list.

Each post on the writing board is tied to the keyword it targets, so once it's live you can see what it earns. Competitor share comes from Semrush files, and audits, indexing checks and monthly reports close the loop.

Integrations

Read-only, and built on the tools people already use.

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Bing Webmaster Tools connect directly. Semrush and Ahrefs are optional file uploads. AI assistant visits are picked up from the Analytics data.

Athena asks Google for read-only access, so it can't change a site or its settings. Numbers sync every morning, the first sync brings in up to 16 months of history, and a number fixed by hand is marked as overridden instead of being overwritten.
